Orders are normally processed on the day of receipt depending on the time the order was placed.
Printed photographs will normally be posted within two working days of receipt of payment
Printed photographs are normally sent as Royal Mail recorded delivery but please allow five working days for them to arrive.
Order Discrepancies
Although, there is very little chance that a mistake will be made, if you do receive the wrong photograph please return the photograph together with details of the order, your name and address and the invoice you originally received. If a mistake has been made the correct photograph will be re-sent free of charge
Order Cancellation
By all means if you do change your mind and would like to cancel an order, please email me with the order details.
If any payments have been made you will be refunded in full.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.
Orders not Received
Orders for printed photographs are sent using Royal Mail’s recorded delivery.
In the event that an order is lost in the post, please email the details to sales@ajsphotosonline.co.uk. The Royal Mail tracking facility will then be used to determine where the order was lost. If the order cannot be traced, a refund will be despatched, after Royal Mail has paid their compensation. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a package lost until after fiftewen working days from the due date of delivery
